• Sales Rep mobile apps, inventory counting apps, and price label apps
• B2B email and direct mail campaign services
• Graphic design and flyer design services
• IT consulting and digital transformation advisory

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement between you and TranzDigital.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent, including spam or similar solicitation
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate TranzDigital, a TranzDigital employee, another user, or any other person or entity

SAP, SAP Business One, and SAP B1 are trademarks or registered trademarks of SAP SE in Germany and in several other countries. TranzDigital is an authorized SAP partner and uses these trademarks under license.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our website without our prior written permission.

5. Client Engagements and Service Agreements

All client engagements for SAP Business One implementation, IT consulting, and other professional services are governed by individual service agreements or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between TranzDigital and the client. These agreements will specify:

• Scope of services and deliverables
• Project timeline and milestones
• Pricing, payment terms, and billing schedule
• Responsibilities of both parties
• Confidentiality and data protection obligations
• Termination and cancellation provisions

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail with respect to that engagement.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services are outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date
• Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
• TranzDigital reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances exceeding 60 days
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of a service engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business data, financial information, technical specifications, and trade secrets. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement for a period of two (2) years.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

TranzDigital strives to provide high-quality services. However:

• Our website and its content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our services, including SAP Business One implementations
• Information provided on our website, including blog posts and resources, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice

9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
